WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?

Soft Ember candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax and premium fragrance oils for a clean and long-lasting burn.

 

HOW LONG DO YOUR CANDLES BURN?

Burn time varies depending on candle size and care, but most candles burn approximately 40–50 hours.

 

WHY DOES MY CANDLE LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT?

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in color and appearance may naturally occur.

 

HOW CAN I GET THE BEST BURN?

For the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar to help prevent tunneling. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
